30-year fixed-rate mortgage hit the highest levels since September, averaging approximately 4.35%, and have jumped .19% from last week according to Freddie Mac’s Primary Mortgage Market Survey. Fixed-rate mortgages overall have increased for the second consecutive week, while the U.S. economy has also shown signs of growth over the last few weeks. 15-year fixed-rate mortgages jumped 0.8% from last week averaging 3.35% up from 2.65%.
